Our Take: This is an excellent training resource for After Effects. It teaches the basic concepts, advanced effects preparation, but more importantly it teaches the user how After Effects 'thinks' so he or she can better understand what the the final result will look like, saving time and money.

In our opion this book is a mush have for anyone interested in learning Adobe After Effects.
